Cellucor C4 Original gives you a boost during your training. C4 is a pre-workout booster with creatine, caffeine, beta-alanine and NO3. Pre-workout boosters are supplements that you take before you train. The intention is to give you a boost in energy. If you are going to do an extra heavy or long workout, or if you feel tired before you start training, taking C4 can help you.
Take one serving (approx. 6,5 grams) of C4 Original mixed with 150-200 ml of water 20-30 minutes before training. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation attributed to beta-alanine.
