Within 14 days of receiving your product you have 2 options:
1. Exchange your product for another product.
2. Return your product and have your money refunded.
You can return your product through us online return form.

You cannot return the following products:

• Gift cards, even if they have not yet been used.
• Products received more than 14 days ago.
• Products for which the seal has been broken.
• Damaged products. Goodies must be returned proportionately, on a pro-rata basis. If this is not done, the price of the goodie will be charged. Goodies cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or store credit.”

You can return your product within 14 days of receipt. This can easily be done online
return form or by contacting our customer service.

1. Register your return via the online returns form.
2. Prepare your product for the return journey:

• Send the order in a sturdy box that you close properly. You prefer to use the
  original packaging. This way you keep your product damage-free and we may be able to find someone else
  otherwise make you happy. Do you no longer have the original packaging at home? No problem, we
  view the condition of your returned product and use this to determine what the
  depreciation.

3. Within one hour after registering your return, you will receive a confirmation email with a
return number and shipping label. Print the shipping label and stick it on the box.
4. Send your package back for free via a DHL or PostNL point near you.
5. Sit back and keep an eye on the status via your account.

You pack the returned product yourself and take it to a PostNL or DHL point near you
with the return label we sent you. We will arrange the rest.

This depends on the situation:

• If something went wrong with your order from us, please contact our customer service
  for a free return label or a suitable solution.
• If you make a return within the 14-day cooling-off period, you can contact us return portal
  use where you will be charged €4,95 in shipping costs for a return label.
