Applied Nutrition ISO-XP Instructions for Use

Mix 1 portion (approx. 25 g) with 200 ml water or skimmed milk. Use 1-3 servings daily, depending on your protein needs. ISO-XP is absorbed quickly, so the optimal times to use it are when you need protein fast. This includes immediately after waking up before breakfast and immediately after exercise. After training, many athletes take a double portion (50 g) because the body can process a greater amount of protein in an exhausted state.
